"This was our first home purchase and we can honestly say that we had a wonderful experience. Meeting Sara and Charles was the best thing that could have happened to us. They were highly professional, patient, understanding, honest, and fun. They asked us questions and took the time to figure out what was really important to us. They never once pushed us, even when the opportunity might have been a lucrative sale. They were fair and kept us realistic. We looked for several months, almost every weekend. On the day that Sara called at work and said 'You have to come tonight', we got on the first train (even canceling a business function). We put a bid on the house that night. It was a very short period of time until we closed and Sara and Charles were there for us throughout it all. They help us remember all of the pieces (inspections, mortgage process, etc...) and walked us through many of them. They even came to our closing.
